How Much Should You Charge as a Facilitator? (in 2026)

How much can you actually charge for your facilitation work? Whether you're running workshops for clients or running workshops internally at a corporate or a small business, it's really confusing.

Because if you look around the internet, depending on which country you're in, depending on which like niche of facilitation you're in, depending on what type of workshops you're running, it's all over the place. So, what we've done at facilitator.com is we've created a really simple app which [music] asks

First, I'm going to focus on me, but as a beginner, and we're going to say, "Okay, I'm going to be delivering workshops in Western Europe, US, UK, Canada." That's probably, even if I'm doing remote, that's probably the major places that I'll be delivering.
