No. There is no auto-renewal: you pay once for the period you chose. When it ends, nothing else is charged.
The account goes back to the free plan. Your dictionary, history and progress are kept.
The limit is spent only on video Klara has not analysed yet. A video already in the service opens straight away and does not spend your hours.
The rest of the plan keeps working. New videos can still be sent for analysis, but they join the queue at a lower priority. Watching what is already available, reading the captions and training work as usual.
You write a sentence with the word or expression you are learning. Klara checks whether you used the same meaning that appeared in the video and explains what is worth changing. It checks the word in context rather than grading the whole sentence for grammar.
Yes. If you have not used the paid features of the plan, a full refund can be requested within 14 days of payment through the feedback page. Anything else is decided case by case; the detailed terms are in the offer.
